"I have been working out at this gym since the day it opened and they are always looking for ways to improve, the gym has come a long way since opening day. The staff has always been kind and knowledgeable. When I first started working out there I was 70 pounds heavier and I continue to push myself while receiving encouragement from the staff. If you are looking for a place to improve physically while working out in a friendly clean atmosphere I would certainly recommend this gym."

"If you have fitness goals, this is the place to go! Fresh Start has the equipment, a variety of classes, and personal trainers! The staff is super friendly and are quick to answer any questions, and give advice within reason. I was hesitant to join a gym because I'm heavy set and I was afraid I would feel awkward... but I don't! I actually have a lot of fun! I plan on sticking with it. I am so excited to achieve my goal... to continue to make progress! Go me! And lol they have tanning beds... js."
